You have the option to wear either of the dresses to your event, but are not permitted to wear both. If you would like to wear both, we will be required to charge the full rental price of the backup dress, less the backup fee you have already paid. If you remove the tag from the backup dress you will be charged the full hire fee.

No - you can only receive one backup per full-price hire. If you add multiple dresses to your cart, the backup offer will automatically apply to the cheapest eligible item(s):

- If you have 3 dresses in your cart, the offer will apply to the cheapest 1, and the other 2 will be full price.

- If you have 4 dresses, the offer will apply to the cheapest 2, and the other 2 will be full price.

You can only wear the number of garments you have paid full hire for. Any additional dresses must be hired at full price.

If you don’t love either option, you’re welcome to return both dresses unworn for a credit note, in line with our returns policy.

Alternatively, if timing allows, our team can help you select a new style (subject to availability).

No. You do not need to return your backup dress early. Please ensure the tag(s) remain attached to the unworn dress.

Return both dresses together on your scheduled return date - either in the same return satchel (for postal orders) or together in-store (for in-store hires).

We do not offer credits or refunds on backup dresses. If you choose to wear the backup dress over your primary dress, we do not refund or credit the difference in price between the two.
