All postage orders include a return postage satchel. Simply place your dress in the return satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a YELLOW Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date. We take care of dry-cleaning too so you don't have to worry about it.
In store pick ups can purchase a postage satchel for $9.95 or drop back to our Eltham warehouse.
LATE RETURNS

MY GARMENT IS NOT RIGHT, WHAT DO I DO?
If your garment is not right for any reason head to our returns portal (click here) to complete a return request. Then post your hire back within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a credit note once the dress is returned to us in its original condition.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN MY GARMENT?
No, just send back as is and we will take care of the cleaning!

The Livia Dress features a perfect mermaid silhouette with ruching along the seams to flatter the body. The off the shoulder band wraps around to the back and fastens, complementing the open back. The halter straps can be worn two ways - wrapped around the band and tied at the back neck, or tied straight at the back neck.
