Our shipping fee is $15.95. This fee includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us (in a pre-paid satchel).
All postage orders include a return postage satchel. Simply place your dress in the return satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a YELLOW Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date. We take care of dry-cleaning too so you don't have to worry about it.
In store pick ups can purchase a postage satchel for $9.95 or drop back to our Eltham warehouse.
LATE RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you returned your rental item back late, you will incur late fees. Please see Frequently Asked Questions for more details.
MY GARMENT IS NOT RIGHT, WHAT DO I DO?
If your garment is not right for any reason head to our returns portal (click here) to complete a return request. Then post your hire back within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a credit note once the dress is returned to us in its original condition.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN MY GARMENT?
No, just send back as is and we will take care of the cleaning!

The Francisca Dress is cut from a heavy weight printed recycled satin with a beautifully draped cowl neckline. The dress showcases thin spaghetti straps across the shoulders and arms. It features a low, exposed back with invisible zip closure and our signature thigh high split.
